House Market Observations

  • 3-bed homes were the only sector that saw % of list price over 100% (meaning they sold for more than asking ~ indicates competition or underpricing)
  • 3-bed homes had the shortest days on market at only 16 days
  • 4-bed homes saw the most luxury properties sold above $2 million
